Rise

Over two thousand years ago, China was not one country — it was divided into seven warring states: Qin, Chu, Qi, Yan, Han, Zhao, and Wei. These states fought for hundreds of years, each building strong armies with crossbows, bronze swords, spears, and chariots. Qin was in the west, near today’s Shaanxi Province, surrounded by mountains that helped protect it.
