Hatshepsut was one of the most powerful rulers in ancient Egypt — and one of the few women to become pharaoh. She ruled over 3,000 years ago and surprised everyone by proving she was just as strong and capable as any king. Hatshepsut focused on peace, trade, and building, not war. She sent huge trading ships to the land of Punt, bringing back gold, incense, and exotic animals. She also built one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt at Deir el-Bahri, with tall terraces and shining statues. To show her power, she even had herself carved in statues wearing the traditional false beard of a pharaoh. Her long, successful reign helped Egypt grow rich and stable — and today she is remembered as one of the greatest leaders in Egyptian history.

Cleopatra VII, the last pharaoh, was clever and spoke many languages. She worked with famous Roman leaders like Julius Caesar and Mark Antony to protect her kingdom. These amazing women showed that queens could rule as strongly and wisely as any king!

Nefertiti was known for her beauty and wisdom. She helped her husband, Akhenaten, start a new religion that focused on the sun god. This was the first religion that ever worshipped one god.
